Overview

The SharePoint connector turns static intranet content and collaboration documents into dynamic knowledge assets within PipesHub. Internal wikis, policies, pages, and document libraries become accessible through semantic search and AI agents — all while preserving user-specific access rights.

How it works

PipesHub authenticates via Microsoft Graph or SharePoint REST APIs using Azure AD OAuth. It crawls site pages, file libraries, lists, and folders — indexing titles, descriptions, file content, links, and metadata. User permissions and group access policies from Microsoft 365 determine visibility in search and agent actions.

This enables knowledge retrieval from department portals, HR hubs, and internal documentation directly from chat or workflow agents.
