Overview


The Zendesk connector integrates support data — tickets, forms, comments, and knowledge base content — into PipesHub’s search and workflow engine. Support agents can resolve cases faster and surface historical answers using AI.



How it works


Using API tokens or OAuth, PipesHub fetches tickets, ticket fields, requester data, comments, and tags. Knowledge base articles and macros can also be included. AI agents can link historical tickets to customer issues or generate reply drafts.



Configure
  • Generate a Zendesk API token or OAuth app

  • Enable the Zendesk connector and configure subdomain and auth method

  • Choose whether to sync tickets, articles, or both

  • Define sync window and access policies
