Overview
Google Slides integration lets PipesHub bring presentation content into your enterprise knowledge graph. Decks used for team updates, strategy docs, or training materials become discoverable, enabling users or agents to find relevant slides, images, speaker notes, and links — and automate follow-up actions.
How it works
Through the Slides API and Drive access, PipesHub reads slide decks slide-by-slide — indexing titles, text blocks, speaker notes, images, charts, and embedded links. Each slide is parsed with positional metadata to maintain structure and relevance. Slides can be connected to meeting invites, projects, or documentation, enabling AI agents to reference or generate summaries from them.
Configure
Enable the Google Slides and Drive APIs
Use a service account with domain-wide delegation
Activate the connector under Google Workspace settings
Configure folders, sync frequency, and access rules
Ensure any slides with sensitive visuals are scoped appropriately for indexed access
