Overview
The Google Forms connector enables PipesHub to ingest and analyze user-submitted form responses across your organization. From surveys to internal feedback or onboarding checklists, all responses become part of the searchable enterprise knowledge graph — enabling trend detection, filtering, and integration with workflows.
How it works
PipesHub connects via the Google Forms API using domain-wide access. It pulls form metadata (questions, sections) and live responses, storing them as structured entries linked to submitters (if authenticated), timestamps, and response IDs. Forms and their data can be cross-referenced with Docs, Sheets, or project tasks.
This enables agents to answer questions like “What did people say about onboarding issues last month?” or auto-generate summaries from form feedback.
