The Google Calendar integration syncs events, attendees, and meeting metadata into PipesHub so you can search across your company’s timelines, decisions, and relationships. It helps agents answer questions that connect meetings with documents, emails, or project work.


How it works


Authenticate Google Calendar and select which calendars or users to sync. PipesHub indexes meeting titles, descriptions, participants, timestamps, and recurring events.

Agents can trace decisions, summarize meeting histories, or identify cross-functional patterns. When calendar events update, PipesHub automatically syncs them.

  • Admins enable the Calendar connector in workspace settings.

  • Team-level options let you configure which calendars sync and how often.

  • Personal and shared calendars are supported.
