Overview
The Google Admin connector allows PipesHub to integrate your organization’s user and group directory directly from Google Workspace. With access to user profiles, group memberships, and organizational structure, agents can make access-aware decisions, perform identity-specific lookups, and provide responses scoped by team or role.
How it works
Using Google’s Admin SDK Directory API, PipesHub syncs users, organizational units, and group metadata into its knowledge graph. This data supports fine-grained permissions, personalized AI responses, and query filtering. When linked with document or conversation sources, visibility rules ensure agents only reference what a user is allowed to see.
Common use cases include security-sensitive AI actions, personalized onboarding agents, and smart directory queries like “Who leads engineering in the India region?”
Configure
Enable the Admin SDK API in your Google Cloud project
Use a service account with domain-wide delegation and scopes like

Define sync schedules and optionally limit to specific OUs or groups
