The Gmail integration brings your email communication directly into PipesHub’s unified knowledge layer. Messages, threads, and attachments become fully searchable and context-aware, allowing agents to extract insights, trace decisions, and reference exact email content without manually digging through inboxes. Updates to conversations sync automatically, ensuring you always work with the latest information.

How it works

Authenticate Gmail through Google Workspace and select which users or mailboxes to sync. PipesHub indexes messages, replies, forwards, labels, metadata, and attachments while respecting Workspace permission boundaries.
Agents can connect email conversations to documents, meetings, tasks, or tickets — with every AI response linked back to the exact snippet inside the original email for verification. Attachments like PDFs, Docs, and Sheets are parsed and indexed as well.

Configure

• Admins enable the Gmail connector under Google Workspace settings.

• Mailbox scopes, sync schedules, and permission rules can be configured per workspace needs.

• Once enabled, users can immediately query their own email data with full permission fidelity.
