Overview

The Airtable connector brings low-code, spreadsheet-style databases into PipesHub’s searchable knowledge layer. Whether tracking projects, assets, CRM records, or content pipelines — Airtable bases and records become dynamically accessible by AI agents and search queries, enriching your workflows with structured, up-to-date data.



How it works

PipesHub connects to Airtable using personal access tokens or OAuth credentials. It indexes bases, tables, and rows — including field names, linked records, attachments, collaborator references, and select formulas. Each record becomes a retrievable node, allowing agents to query rows (“What’s the status of Client X’s project?”) or summarize datasets.

Linked fields across tables are maintained for context-aware traversal, and access permissions respect Airtable’s sharing model.



Configure
  • Generate an Airtable personal access token with data.records:read and schema.bases:read scopes

  • Alternatively, authorize via OAuth if using a shared workspace setup

  • Enable the Airtable connector in PipesHub’s integrations panel

  • Select which bases and tables to sync

  • Configure sync frequency, access rules, and optional filters by views or fields
