Overview
The Zammad connector brings helpdesk tickets and knowledge base content into PipesHub. Support teams can search past resolutions, surface relevant articles, and build agents that answer from real customer history.
How it works
PipesHub authenticates with a Zammad API access token over HTTP token auth. It syncs tickets including states, priorities, owners, articles, and attachments plus knowledge base categories and translated articles, users, groups, and roles. Syncs run incrementally by timestamp and respect group-based ticket access and role-based knowledge base permissions.
