The OneNote connector brings structured note content — including notebooks, pages, and sections — into PipesHub’s unified search and AI experience. Whether documenting meeting notes, personal task logs, or team playbooks, OneNote content becomes a dynamic source of organizational intelligence.

How it works

Via Microsoft Graph, PipesHub connects to OneNote and syncs notebooks at the page level. Each page is parsed into title, sections, checklists, text blocks, and embedded links or files. Rich formatting and hierarchy are retained for accurate search and AI retrieval. Permissions from Microsoft 365 are preserved throughout.

Agents can pull answers from notes, link pages to projects, or generate summaries across meetings and topics.

Configure

• Register a Microsoft app in Azure AD and request Notes.Read.All Graph scope

• Enable the OneNote connector within the Microsoft 365 workspace on PipesHub

• Select notebooks or user groups to include in sync

• Schedule update intervals and manage access controls to ensure correct visibility
