Overview

The Jira connector syncs project management data into PipesHub — including issues, tasks, epics, comments, and timelines. It enables AI agents to query work history, extract progress insights, and automate ticket handling.

How it works

PipesHub uses OAuth or API tokens to connect with Jira Cloud. It indexes project configurations, tickets, workflows, assignees, comments, and custom fields. Data is semantically linked to related content like meetings, documents, or Slack conversations.

Configure

• Create an OAuth app or API token in Atlassian

• Enable the Jira connector in PipesHub

• Select projects and fields to include

• Configure sync schedule and permission mappings
