Overview

The Dropbox connector allows PipesHub to unify document content from team or personal Dropbox accounts. PDFs, slides, docs, and shared media are parsed and indexed — making collaboration content easily discoverable and usable by agents.

How it works

OAuth 2.0 is used to authorize Dropbox account access. PipesHub crawls folder structures, fetches metadata, and parses file contents. Permission and sharing settings are mirrored from Dropbox to ensure data visibility is access-appropriate.

Configure

• Create a Dropbox app with file read access

• Authorize the integration using the OAuth flow

• Enable the connector and configure folder paths, user scopes, and content types

• Define sync refresh rate
