To the fullest extent permitted by law, PipesHub's liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim. PipesHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Your continued use of the services after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of India. The venue for arbitration will be in a jurisdiction chosen by PipesHub.
