1. Automatic Renewal for Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions with PipesHub will automatically renew following the trial period. Please note that no refunds are available if you cancel your monthly subscription after the trial period has ended.

2. Transition from Monthly to Annual Subscriptions

If you switch from a monthly to an annual subscription after the trial period, any fees paid during the monthly subscription will not be refunded. Your annual subscription will commence the month after your last monthly payment, with an updated payment schedule.

3. Non-Refundable Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription during the active term, we will ensure it does not auto-renew for the next period. You will continue to have access to PipesHub until the end of the current term, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion.

4. Trial Period Cancellations

If you choose to cancel during the trial period and notify us before its conclusion, any payments processed afterward will be refunded.
